Dear friends, colleagues, clients …

I have the feeling to transform or develop the name of our nice little network called "Bananenbiegerei" right now. It was well fitting because it was nice to remember, funny and twisted.

But times change and Berlin and our working environment is very international. So the german name doesn't work. Also we are doing much "serious" work now. So it is not helping to have a somehow ridiculous name. And most importantly: we don't want to type that freaking long name anymore ;-)

website could be agnostic.agency I like the agnostic approach: We know that we don't know. That is a very different approach to all that agencies that say: we know everything, but in fact nobody knows everything.

Referring to an exhibition by product designers Jasper Morrison and Naoto Fukasawa I found it very interesting what they had to say about how difficult it is to design "normal". "… certain objects, usually the more discrete type, and mostly, though not inevitably, anonymously designed, outperform their counterparts with ease when it comes to long-term everyday use." Applying this philosophy to a digital work is quite interesting. I would likely have to add something like: super normal berlin / super normal inc. to make it unique

No only does the word look good, but also stoic seems not to be an adjective that agencies use to describe themselfs. But to be stoic is certainly a good qualitiy. Espencially if everything around us has to be flexible, agile, cutting edge…

After ChatGPT break through I realized that it is more than every to ask the right question. Especially if people want to have good digital products. The anwser is often easy. But as an advisor or consultant, and that is what our main task will be in the future, you have to have the right questions. Maybe askask.agency or askask.digital
